Returns are accepted for in stock items, for seven days after delivery conformation, excluding jewelry for hygiene reasons. Items must be returned in same condition as send with all pieces included for a full refund. Items missing pieces or broken on return will be handled on a case by case bases. Refunds will be processed within 1 to 2 business days after it has arrived. 

Custom Order items are not eligible for returns.   

Items arriving damaged due to mail, need to be photographed along with the damaged box for insurance claims. Please send all photos to stonehavenfarms.nwfl@gmail.com with your order number. Replacements will take 5 to 10 business days to reprint and ship.
